WHAT DOES LIFETIME AFTER SALES SERVICE MEAN?

WHAT DOES LIFETIME AFTER SALES SERVICE MEAN?

You may have noticed this term used on several of our products. Along with "Limited warranty". What do they mean? What's the difference? And why are they important to us and for you?

I'm going to use the Audio Tourister Series lineup as an example here:

We're all familiar with the term "warranty". Simply put, something goes wrong, it gets made right. At no cost to you. However, it's not a thing you see often on one-off items. One warranty plan for millions of identical items is one thing. But doesn't work when each item is vastly different. Even in the Audio Tourister Series. Are they all portable audio devices? Yes. Do they all have the same speakers, amplifiers, preamps, processors, batteries? No. That is why each has its own warranty just as unique as the item itself. You can expect all the specific details in plain easy to understand English included in the box with an item from ViBE SUPPPLY CO.

Here is a basic idea what to expect though:

  • 3-12 months free component replacement (depending on item) under normal use/wear conditions. Includes all the working parts of your item. inside and out.
  • Free shipping from you to us and back to your during warranty period.

We use quality electronic components from suppliers and manufacturers that we have experience with. Before any of our custom-built items are even listed. they are thoroughly tested to. 1) make sure they perform and meet or exceed the standard we set. 2) to catch any potential problems both with components and build quality. We'd rather they break on our bench than yours. Or kitchen counter, beach party, gym. Whatever. When an Audio Tourister model says: 6+ hours of play time. Be assured that means we tested it at minimum 6 hours.

You may be wondering where the "lifetime service" comes in. Most portable speaker companies are totally fine with you tossing their product in the trash if it stops working. They would rather you just buy another of course.  We're in it for the long haul.  We put our heart and soul into these things and want them to stick around and get used for a long time. Not in a landfill. So, what happens after the Warranty period is expired? We still got you.

As long as you own an item with a lifetime service option. You will never have to pay for time/labor for service or repairs. Replacement components are available at cost and return shipping to you is on us.
